How it Works

Applications are submitted by social workers assigned to or requested by patients (or another healthcare representative if no social worker is available).

Once the application is completed and signed by a healthcare representative it will be sent to Kitsap Cancer Services where it will be reviewed and processed. At that time a check will be issued to the patient at the mailing address provided. Funds maybe received within a very short period of time, assuming all information is correct and the application has been completed legibly.

For Grant assistance please contact the facility where you are receiving treatment. They will direct you to a social worker or other staff member to assist with the application.

*Please note that no grants will be provided without having been vetted and signed by the treatment facility social worker or qualified representative.
